Return Shipping Charges

Exchanges: We cover all shipping charges on your first exchange for items with a value of $119.00 or greater. For each subsequent exchange we collect a non-refundable $9.99.

Returns For Refund: If the customer ships the item(s) back at their expense, XLfeet will refund the value of the item less $9.99. If XLfeet creates a return label, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s) less $19.98 ($9.99 for each direction of shipping). XLfeet only creates return labels for items with a value of $70 or greater when requested by phone for $9.99 for orders in the 48 contiguous states.


If it was a free shipping order and the order total falls below $119.00 after returning the item(s), the value of the item(s) will be refunded less $9.99 shipping each way.

All Shipping Charges are non-refundable


Free Shipping:

Free shipping only applies if the customer keep the item(s). So long as the order total remains above $119.00, free shipping (from XLfeet to the customer) applies. In the event of a return where the amount of the credit drops the order total below $119.00, free shipping no longer applies, and a deduction of $9.99 will be applied to offset the cost of the initial shipment to the customer.

Refund/Return Period:

We allow return of the item(s) for refund or exchange inside of 60 days from the date of purchase. Items returned outside of the 60 day period will not be credited, and the customer is responsible for all shipping.to have them returned if they wish to have them back.


Condition of the Returned Item(s)
We ship new merchandise to you, so please extend us the same courtesy and ship new merchandise back to us. Used footwear will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Socks returned with opened packaging or broken stickers/packaging will NOT be refunded. Socks that have been tried on cannot be accepted for returns. No person wants to pay for a pair of socks that have been on a stranger's foot/leg.

The key is that Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.


Original Packaging
Items must be in original packaging. No exceptions. Do not discard the manufacturer's packaging until you are 100% sure you want to keep the item. The manufacturer's packaging my be not have shipping labels directly attached, and must arrive inside a separate shipping box. If manufacturers packaging is ruined by shipping labels, the item will be refused.


How Do I avoid shipping Charges?

We always give the option to take store credit in full (expedited shipping not included), instead of a having return shipping deducted from your refund. This enables our customers to pick a different item(s) without paying for return shipping. Some people exchange for a weeks worth of socks, and others save their store credit for future purchases.


Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Care immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or our suppliers qualify for store credit or an exchange.

If an item is returned to XLfeet and is not in new or unaltered condition, no refund or credit will be issued, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping if they wish to keep the item. We are a small business, and since we do not ship used footwear to you, please extend the same courtesy to us.

Return to Sender
Items that were returned to sender for any reason will be refunded less $15.00. If it was an express or international shipment, we will refund the cost of the item(s) only, but not the shipping, duties, or customs brokerage fees.
